Pop Up Vaccination Site at County Hall Chelmsford – Friday 17th to Friday 24th December
The EPUT Vaccination Team will be at Memorial Square in County Hall, Chelmsford to deliver Covid vaccinations to all the family.
Time: Fri, 17 Dec 2021, 8:00am to Fri, 24 Dec 2021, 2:00pm
There will also be a number of walk-in appointments available on both days, on a first come, first served basis. But to avoid waiting, you are advised to pre-book if possible.

COVID-19 booster vaccination information – updated 15/12/21
In light of the recent government announcement we would ask for your patience and understanding when contacting the surgery. Our telephone lines are incredibly busy with patients trying to book their covid boosters.
For your information there will be a new Covid 19 Vaccination Centre opening at Essex County Councils Headquarters in Chelmsford from 21st December. The centre will offer 1st doses, 2nd doses and Boosters from the former registration services office in Remembrance Square at County Hall in Market Road.
Appointments will be available online soon.
COVID-19 booster vaccination information – updated 20/10/21
The Practice will only be offering the Pfizer vaccination to patients for their Covid-19 booster at the Practice.
If a patient is unable to have the Pfizer vaccine due to allergies or anaphylaxis etc, then they will need to contact 119 directly to book an alternative vaccine at an alternative venue.
How can I get a COVID-19 pass?
An NHS COVID Pass shows your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination details or test results. This is your COVID-19 status.
You may be asked to show your pass to travel abroad, or at events and venues in England asking for proof of your COVID-19 status.

COVID-19 booster vaccinations information
Booster vaccine doses will be available on the NHS for people most at risk from COVID-19 who have had a 2nd dose of a vaccine at least 6 months ago. Please click here for further information on the NHS website
