The death of someone close to you may be the most devastating and overwhelming experience that will ever happen to you.

There are several organisations there to support you through this difficult time:

Do you need additional bereavement support?

We host a number of free bereavement support groups across mid-Essex for those grieving the loss of a loved one.

Your nearest meetings are:

The Link, Trinity Methodist Church, CM1 2XB

Held on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month from 10.30am to 12.30pm

Chelmsford Library (Private meeting space)

Held on the 1st Saturday of every month from 9am to 11am
