Patients Know Best – online patient portal

New digital patient portal launching in mid and south Essex

A new online patient portal, Patients Know Best (PKB), is being launched for Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSE FT) and Essex Partnership University Foundation Trust (EPUT). The portal consolidates data from various healthcare providers into a single, secure personal health record.

You can access this record at any time via the NHS App or PKB web-based portal. You can also share you record with their GP, pharmacist, family members, carers, or others involved in your care.

Please note, this portal does not include information from GP clinical systems.
