Telephone system upgrade from Mid September

We are pleased to announce that in Mid September we will be upgrading our telephone system.

This will offer patients the option to receive “Call Back” rather thank hold on in the queue.

It will also be a better quality line so will reduce the chances of calls dropping out.

We would also like to remind patients that you can contact us online to request appointments, this is a system that has been introduced at a lot of surgeries locally and will be something that we gradually increase over the coming months.
